Bill Webber, a Philadelphia radio Legend!

Bill Webber Satuturdays on WPEN

Bill Webber began his radio career on WPEN in the 1950's and soon left to pursue a burning desire to be on the ground floor of an upstart known as "television".

Bill hosted "Breakfast Time" on what was then WFIL-TV, with cartoons and entertainment for children.

In the 70's, Bill, hosted "Colorful Cartoon Club" afternoons on WPHL-TV Channel 17. During this time Bill, "Wee Willie Webber" as he is affectionately known, hosted the midday show on WIP radio, and in 1989, Bill joined WPEN "The Station of the Stars!"

Bill and his wife Connie enjoy traveling, and in fact Bill is a partner in "Haddon Holidays", an agency that sells Hawaiian vacation packages to travel agencies. Bill was born in Havana, Cuba and grew up in Brooklyn, New York. WPEN is proud to have Bill Webber as part of "The 950 Family!"
